Recently, the grand finale of the annual festival took place. More than a hundred participants from Ukraine and around the world became winners. Among them was the Academy of Ukrainian Press (AUP) in the Voice of the New Generation nomination. This is the choice of the children's jury, which noted the high level of skills of the AUP media trainers. The jury emphasized the importance of the organization's activities for educating young people and teachers. They thanked the professional literature and the opportunity to participate in interesting workshops, webinars, media games, etc.
Thanks to the long-term cooperation between the UN-PRESS Information and Creative Agency of the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth (the initiators of the festival) and the Academy of Ukrainian Press, the festival participants annually improve their knowledge of journalism and media literacy, and the winners and laureates receive modern specialized literature as gifts.
This year, the festival's results were summarized in a mixed format. The media halls of the UN-PRESS Information and Creative Agency at the Kyiv Palace of Children and Youth brought together pupils and students from Kyiv and the region, pupils of out-of-school institutions, their teachers, college and university professors, etc. The entire international and Ukrainian community of festival participants had the opportunity to join online.
The festival competition in ten nominations received more than 500 works from participants from 14 countries: Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Albania, Slovenia, Sweden, Morocco, the United States, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Lithuania, Latvia, and Ukraine.
Among the winners were many works by which participants sought to tell the world the truth about the war in Ukraine and the support of the international community. And although it is a responsible and sometimes dangerous job, the profession of journalism remains a dream for them.
AUP supported the festival and provided 500 copies of relevant literature for the participants.
